everything was modern, and it had excellent wi-fi. the location was nice, near shopping center, it's a plus. you can find ristorante al kentre near the hotel to a have lunch.

Chic hotel, modern amenities, with excellent features like Bluetooth music in the shower and total blackout blinds, made our stay comfortable despite the small size of the room, making it ideal for our family with a young child, and conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Shimbashi.

The location is ideal, surrounded by shops and train stations. The room was clean with a nice lighted mirror. Staff provided excellent service and responded quickly to requests. A lovely experience 😊

Couple's escape worth every penny

The hotel had this amazing projector instead of a TV I watched all my shows on a huge wall it was epic. Also the shower had speakers connected to my phone so I played my favorite tunes while I got clean.

It wasn't exactly cheap but you know you get what you pay for.

Excellent spot right next to the shopping area. Our room was super comfy with a giant bed and rain shower. Blockout curtains were a game-changer! Daily clean-up made everything fresh. Loved the separate toilet and shower setup too. Plus, there's a Seven Eleven right in front. Handy, right?

The room featured a comfortable layout. Location-wise, it's quite central, putting you a stone's throw from shops and eateries.

The lobby area feels cramped, combining check-in, a bar, and party vibes with loud music. You might find navigating it a bit annoying after a long day. Expect some noise if you're hoping for a quiet stay, as daily events and DJs make the atmosphere quite lively. Late check-out is pricey, and the breakfast variety leaves much to be desired-same options daily, lacking in creativity. And don't expect to see bath amenities in the standard rooms, which might dampen your experience considering the price tag.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find my room was not as advertised. The bed was hard and the size of the room felt cramped. It seemed like we paid for the location, not for the luxury experience we were expecting.

the lobby was super loud at times. the location was perfect with tons of amazing restaurants nearby. loved the room's projector for streaming. the shower had great water pressure and even played music.

I loved the unique projector in my room! It was great. The only downside was the occasional noise from the nearby train line. A fantastic experience!
